1. Training human resource qualified with college level and lower which specialized on power and other branches according to the frame of the national education system and degree and certificate system of education and training stipulated in the law of education.

2. Researching, deploying scientific and technological activities in teaching and learning; serving the tasks of management, production-business of power industry and the socio - economic development.

3. Retraining, fostering managers, professional technical staff, training upgrade for workers based on plans of EVN and following contracts with organizations, units, enterprises in and out of the power industry.
